Domestic pets are welcome at Indian Village. Pets may be accepted or declined at management’s discretion.

- Pets must be “good residents” — aggressive or nuisance pets are not permitted
- Breed restrictions apply to aggressive breeds, as determined by the property owner and insurance company
- Management may meet your pet before approval, and a photo is kept on file

Assistance animals for persons with disabilities are not considered pets and are not subject to breed or size restrictions, but still require prior approval from management.

Many apartments at Indian Village have a fireplace and French doors to a patio or balcony. Features vary by apartment, so ask our leasing team which homes include them.
Is there laundry?
Every apartment has connections for a full-size washer and dryer. Some apartments already include a washer and dryer for $35 per month; otherwise residents provide their own. There is no shared laundry facility on site.
