Opting in. You may opt in by providing your mobile number and giving consent through our website, leasing team, rental application, or resident portal. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of renting or purchasing any goods or services.
Opting out. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again, which can be done from within the resident portal.
